PCM and Galaxy S4 issues.

Hi All,
I've had my PCM updated in my 997.2 to the latest version a few months ago and also updated my Samsung Galaxy S4 about the same time. When I try and make a call using the phone, it gives me an error message "Not on registered network". I thought I was always in a poor coverage area when it happened, as I don't use it that often.
I've been to my local OPC and it appears to be a problem on the phone end rather than the PCM end as I can dial via PCM without error message appearing.
This error message didn't manifest itself prior to updates.
Has anyone else experienced this issue? Any direction on this issue would be appreciated

It is an issue with the S4 mine does it occasionally I don't know why. Although having done the last 4.3 upgrade it seems not to do it now. It's now the wifi playing up!

I'll try rolling back to 4.3 to see if that fixes it.
