Plans for a factory in Brazil are progressing apparently although there's also been talk of some sort of facility on the east coast of the USA. I guess that would be more of a pre-delivery/warranty work place. There's still much work to be done on the engine though. The Speed 6 engine meets the emissions regulations but apparently there's all sorts of useless gubbins that has to be built into the ECU which is what will take the time. I don't think we're talking within the next six months...
