Scapin is now owned by Olympia I believe both of whom producing some amazing bike. Would definitely be the Olympia Boost for me - good review and pictures both: http://road.cc/content/news/97967-first-look-scapi...
Scapin are traditionally race bikes, ultra stiff with no compromise for comfort, however that particular model is (new) the Ivor, and I think its fair to say the bowed steat stays will offer a degree of comfort.
I looked at the Etika briefly but its far from the ideal bike for me even to compliment the RS, at £3.5k for the framset, the Ivor is, um, pricey.... Give poshbikes or ubyk a call if you are serious. That "shelf" for the cable housing on the downtube of the Ivor is pure filth.
Its worth noting that the predecessor to the Etika was the Hysak which was the "superbike to have" in 2012 when so I wouldnt discount the Etika. Sorry, I should have added, the Etika is a full on race bike and will be a pretty unforgiving ride, much like the Cipollini, is this really what you want?

I saw a couple of their frames as fully built bikes in the Pedal Heaven store in Fleet a while ago. They've moved the display around a bit, but I think the bikes are still there. Truly beautiful things, but unfortunately too 'rich' for me. The shop is at the top of the main shopping street in Fleet, at the opposite end of town to the railway station, so might be worth a brief visit if you were riding out this way.To be honest, thats why I was somewhat interested in the Etika, the RS is the perfect all day bike and I will never sell it but I would also like something thats a bit less comfy, gives me a kick up the arse and encourages me to get a shake on (I am inherently lazy) but I wasnt preppared to pay £5k for one when there are plenty of good alternatives for half the price.
