Now I know I am going to get some silly answers but lets give it a go.

I am the fundraiser for a local childrens charity,we have just had a very kind donation of a signed copy of Cherie Booths (Mrs Blairs) autobiography.
How much you reckon it may be worth for our charity.
And would it be good to ebay it in the states .
would it make more money there.

OFFERS KINDLY ACCEPTED .....
For the charity.

Can't you run an auction on the English ebay at the same time and just stop the auction that is not going well, or is that not allowed?

Stick it on Ebay America, they will have little knowledge of the harm she and her cronies have done to the legal system of GB, and consequently it will get more for your charity there riding on Tonys popularity there.
