Just listed my 147 any thoughts for a quicker sale?
Discussion
Hi PH world,
Where would you buy your next car from?
Just listed my 147 on Piston Head Classifieds today and the other well known online directory that we shall not speak of!
Getting a new co car and only have one parking space, need to dispatch with this beauty that has served me well for the last 5 years, any thoughts you have on where how to sell this would be sincerely appreciated!!!
Is it priced to sell quickly in your eyes?!??
thanks OB

You aren't allowed to advertise in the forums - so no link to your car in the classifieds. You have already added the link to 2 separate threads plus started this one.
Car doesn't have 6 months road tax - you can no longer sell road tax with the car since Oct 1st.
You send the road tax back at sale and you will be reimbursed for any of the whole months left of the road tax.
What service history does the car have ? List the details for any bills / service history you have.
All very well saying the cambelt was changed at 50,000 miles - but when was this done ? And was the water pump done at the same time ?
If this was longer than 3 years ago - then it needs doing again - so that's +- £500 a new owner will have to budget for.
These don't sell that easily as you know but can be good little cars - I've owned a 2001 2.0 Litre TSpark Lusso for just over a year now, ok condition and have had very few issues with the car in the 12 months of ownership. I paid £500 for the car.
I think the forum mods will be along very shortly to remove your links to the classifieds so you may aswell edit your posts and remove the links to save upsetting them.
Good luck with the sale !
