8.4" to 7.5" brakes

Do i need just 7.5" cailpers, and it will fit on 8.4" hub, just grind down 8.4" discs to 7.5", carbon metallic pads, im set?

is that true?

well these whole kits are produced. [url]www.minispares.com/Product.aspx?pid=37121[/url] have a look at the picture and see if they are the same parts id assume most of them are though apart from obviously calipers, discs and pads

the 8.4 and s disc have different drive flanges. If youre going to use 4 pots, and personally i definately would, then i'd look at maching the larger disc down to 7.9 and using the existing drive flanges, because the 7.5 disc isnt quite big enough.
