Hello, i have been looking at a 2009 Cayman S. Have just found out it is on its fourth owner and he has only owned it since May ( He needs to release the money for a house purchase ). The car is based in Braintree Essex. Any tips for a local inspection.

Depending on your aversion to risk, you could ask the seller to subject their P&J to Porsche's 111 point check at the local OPC and get the extended warranty reinstated. Then it would be zero-risk to you.
