Fulcrum Quattro wheel problems

Bought a new pair of fulcrum Quattro wheels in January, and the free hub is now sounding like a bag of nails and ther is loads of play in the outer bearings, anyone else had any good or bad experiences , I bought them from merlin. So will see if they will do anything for me, shame as I thought they were ok until they started to make this horrendous noise

Merlins are great for issues and probably one of the best for quick resolving. I had issues with some tyres. Sent them on a Monday, replacements with me on the Wednesday. Main reason when , if I can, I buy things from them.
