Recommend an indoor trainer/roller thingy please.

As the title says. Can people recommend the best one from their own experiences. Sorry ! don't know the tech. term for them but I mean those things you put your own bike on. Thinking (not that far!) - ahead to winter.

I have a tacx one - and use it in conjunction with trainerroad, and find that combination great. bought in May a couple of years ago as was mega cheap (from wiggle). In October, they'll be expensive

Difficult for anybody to say which is the best unless they work somewhere testing them all?

I have the Elite Qubo Fluid which is quiet and so far very happy with it. As above look into some thing like Trainerroad as you need to do structured workouts/intervals to get the best out of your time on it.
