Anyone on the A690 about 2 pm today would of seen my car on fire.. carbs burst and set the manifold on fire.. not too bad put it out pretty quick, but carbs are history...

Yes got a pic on my fone with the flames gushing out the back of it, will sort it out if the resolution is good enough to put on here. Its quite funny thinking about it now but suppose cud of been worse,and I have a spare set of carbs so they will slot straight on, aint all bad..

Thanx Phil yes it sounds a lot worse than it actually was.. no real damage just a bit of soot to clean up.
