Unlucky.

Is there any CCTV coverage of your car park? If so you could get the scrote on camera?

Sorry to hear that billb but least 'they' didn't do this:-

A lawyer returns to his parked BMW to find the headlights broken and considerable damage. There's no sign of the offending vehicle but he's relieved to see that there's a note stuck under the windshield wiper.

"Sorry. I just backed into your Beemer. The witnesses who saw the accident are nodding and smiling at me because they think I'm leaving my name, address and other particulars. But Fk you..I'm not."

yeah we're fully cctv'd and the bloke has admitted it and these things happen but if you cant reverse out of a ffing car park space you really shouldnt be on the road.

Hard luck BillB.

If people would realise that reversing into parking spaces reduces the chance of hitting other cars then car parks would be happier places.
Cars steer with the front wheels so if you reverse out a space and swing the nose round it's far more likely to scrape something. GRRRR!

If you can't reverse into a space cleanly then you shouldn't be driving a car you Joey!

'cept 50% of the driving population are not too hot on the old reversing... in those cases you are stuffed either way - can't reverse in, can't reverse out.
