Karting - Thursday 16th

Anyone fancy coming Karting on Thursday night, start about 18:30 hrs.

Gateshead Kart centre (just off the motorway)....

£30 approx.

What about the outdoor one? Far better IMO (even though I've never been indoors). Add me to the indoor list however, been wanting to go for a while now

Mr Friendly will come along to watch / take pictures and I've just sent a text to a mate Dan, who won the last one, whom suggested he'd be up for a future event (along with his mate Woody). Should be 3 more to that list

Ian/3rrt suggested he'd like to come along to the next one as well...

To be fair, I would have won the last race, coming from last to 2nd had it not been for the marshals been over-zealous and my um "half" speed lap

should be fun, went karting last year with a bunch of mates for a birthday, pretty much walked it from 5th on the grid... however i'd imagine myself finishing significantly lower in this bunch (maybe somewhere around the "last" mark)... might have to invite mum (stardust) along so i dont finish last

Neil has now booked for a 6:30pm start.....

Have to be there for 6:15pm as there is another booked event after us so we must be prompt.

My arms are so sore.

I had a glass of lemonade at my mates house afterwards and I had to use two hands just to lift the glass and keep it steady. I have to go to work now - looks like there's no work going to be done tonight (as usual )

For someone that's never had their arse in a kart before, I reckon I did pretty well, but there's no way I can keep up with 6 stone young'uns - you know who you are Diet - nah!
