As many as they have. I think there are 3 silv GP booked so far, and 1 brands GP, plus numerous saturdays/sundays and all the usual suspects. There were only 25 places available, so most have prob been filled.
As I se it, if you do about 20 t/days a year, then they become £50 each, with the only hassle being time, fuel and tyres!
Good luck with the caterham racing in 05!
got the kitchen in the refurbished house yet?!

Courts, pay us £300 deposit and get your sofa in time for Christmas......Oh dear we've gone bust no sofa and no deposit back.
I'm not in any way saying thats what will happen but I do know that 100% bikes have been finding it harder and harder each year to secure decent dates and venues, and it worries me paying for anything like this "up front" My wife recently paid for her season ticket to commute to work by coach for the year to come, her company give out very low cost "travel loans" for exactly this reason but 2 months into the year the large well respected coach company with a fleet of brand new luxury coaches went to the wall and she was left digging deep to pay for her travel with an alternative and paying back work the loan. Proceed with caution I would say.

mel,
point taken, but my contract is with Visa. Visa then deal with 100% (from a legal perspective, as far as I'm aware). If 100% went bust, then I'd just go straight to Visa, as you would if you'd booked a holiday with a moody tour operator that went t*ts up!
it's 'only a grand' at the end of the day. Have to get loads of days in early to mitigate the magnitude of the potential loss then!

Are you suggesting that 100% are about to go bust as you seem to be comparing them to a tacky furniture supllier?? I stand corrected if I have misinterpreted your statement.
I see this as an opportunity to get in as many track days as you can for not really a lot of money. I spoke with 100% before I pledged my wedge and they have secured 99% of the tracks on their 2005 calendar.
If you know otherwise please spill the beans.
Andy.
Not suggesting they are about to go bust at all. I have riden on their track days and personally believe they are one of the most professional outfits. I know that they have had trouble securing circuits and I also know that a lot of tracks are asking for the money up front when the dates are booked which would lead to obvious cash flow problems. I rearly do think that the grand up front idea is a legitimate way of minimising these cash flow issues and totally above board, however I'm also pointing out the potential down side for those who put in the grand if things go wrong, potentially a problem that hadn't been considered by some.
