Just ordered four tyres from Tyreleader for the thick end of 1k only to find the money has been taken from my MasterCard but they have no trace of the order!! No contact number, No direct email, No online invoice received etc I do have an order number as I saved the order completion page (thank god) but since Saturday I had one response (20 plus emails sent to them)from support which was worse than useless. Called MasterCard they said I had to wait 30 days to see if the goods get delivered!!! before I can start chargeback which may or may not work. All sounds a complete wind up now wishing I just paid normal rates here in the UK. Anyone have experience with online sales not delivered or Tyreleader in particular? Or any experts in credit card charge back, having a real crap week

I've dealt with tyreleader a few times recently.

Communication isn't a strong point but tyres have always arrived, and typically they've been quite quick. No more than a few days.

May be worth just giving them a couple of days, you may be lucky and have them turn up. Fingers crossed fir you.

There's nothing in s75 that requires you to wait 30 days but there is little point in doing anything before the credit card bill arrives. When it does, if he goods still haven't turned up, ring the credit card company, tell them you want to dispute the charge under s75 and ask them to suspend the charge. Ask for confirmation in writing but write to them anyway - use the template on money saving expert. You won't lose out.

Appreciate this is an old thread but the same thing appears to have happened to me. Ordered two Rainsport 3's and it said payment declined. Logged onto my CC account and it says the payment is pending!

Can't speak to the fkwits because I have to open a 'ticket' and it won't let me open one because I have no orders?!!
