I think Aussie films are very good in general. Most of the ones I recall have stuck with me for years. Yesterday I saw "They're A Weird Mob" (u-tube) for the first time in about four decades or so, still really enjoyable.

You can probably name more than you think, any favourites?

Mad Max
Crocodile Dundee
Muriel's Wedding
Romper Stomper
The Castle
Chopper.

Australia has made some great movies.

Don's Party is considered something of a classic although most of the dialogue involves drunkards

I thought this was a good film. But I do love a gnarly revenge film.

I can't remember what it is called, but there's a girl who asks a guy out for her prom, there's some freak torture at her house, she's basically a pshyco bh.

Just completely forgot the name.

And the one with the remote control vehicles in the litter bins and a bank robbery - can't for the life of me remember what it was called.

Red - Biopic about a dog!

Crackerjack - guy becomes a member if a bowls club to get a parking space. The club make him play to keep his membership/parking space.

Kenny - comedy about a plumber.

All worth a watch IMHO.
