Anyone rode trails around nurburgring ?

Off to the ring in august and this time taking the bike with me for some biking in the lovely Rhineland, Part of the plan is following the Nurburgring circuit on the surrounding trails.
Anyone done this ? is it a marked trail or do i need a good map, any other advice welcome

You need to speak to Dale who runs Bridge to Gantry. Sorry for the face ache link, you you'll see on his timeline he organises informal mtb rides around the ring.
