i have recently bought a 4200 and the sat nav is in italian. Does anyone know of any dealers in/near central london where i can get it fixed?

As an idea, can you select menu and language options? That way you might be able to change it yourself...

I had the same thing when I got mine, the system defaults to Italian when the battery is disconected you can change it in one of the options screens, however you'll need to guess a couple of times - I worked it out in about 5 minutes after a false start or two....
