First Ritmo rating 16.5

I've really little idea what Ritmo is all about and how the rating is derived, it's described as similar to a golf handicap in that the lower your number the better you are.

Cycling Weekly host the system via an app and an upload to their site.

Just thought I would see if there's anyone else on here using it and whether there's any benefit

Its just a number. And the site was very buggy and badly designed when first launched, I'd rather ride my bike than waste time worrying about my stmo number.
