Chinese carbon wheels - help choosing please!

I need a new set of wheels, the standard ones on my bike are heavy, have too many spokes and have a hub which sounds like a hammer drill when you're freewheeling (apparently this is 'normal' and is no better after a strip down and re-grease).
My bike is an Eastway RD 1.0 (see below) and is fitted with disc brakes which makes the choice of wheel a good bit more restrictive, but having found a couple of suppliers it appears the choice available is baffling to say the least.

It seems I have a choice of 3k, 12k or 18k weave, matt or glossy, various rim depths and profiles and frankly I don't have a clue so I'm turning to some random strangers for help.
All I know is I want them to be black (no red or white bits). I do a bit of climbing and a bit of flat - leaving my apartment I can head straight up a few cat 3 climbs, or do a 70k of pretty much totally flat terrain around the lake. Road surfaces here are generally very good, and I weigh 61kg so lightness is more important than strength.
I'm thinking 38mm rim profile with the lowest possible spoke count which is $400 plus shipping and local tax but have no idea about the weave and don't know anything about rim profile either. My proposed supplier and the list of options is in the link below. The bike has a 130mm rear axle, so MTB hubs aren't an option.

Edit to add - seen your link. So plenty of choice.
I would opt for a 'mid' depth aero wheel rather than true deep section i.e 60mm+. So your suggestion of 38mm is OK, if you ride in a totally flat area then you could go deeper I guess.
If I remember rightly, there is a trade off between weight and how deep you go. Again there was a superb thread on here a while back about weight vs Aero...

Very good - smooth, well maintained, no potholes at all. I was amazed at the state of the roads in the UK last time I went back, even after a few months of being away I'd forgotten that half of them look like they've been heavily shelled by the USAF.
Just ordered some - '700C 23MM Wide Carbon Wheels Tubular 38MM with Hubs for 6 Bolt Disc Brakes' at $460 including shipping in 3k glossy finish, and a carbon seatpost too so fingers crossed the quality is good and they don't take too long to get here. I will keep this thread updated as and when there is anything to update on.

I'm very happy with my FarSports 50mm deep 25mm wide wheels. many many options available I went for red hubs and red nipples plus holeless rims. Also check out their carbon bottle cages - very very nice.
Kyle sorted me out, took quite a while to arrive due to them having to source the hubs. add £38 import 'tax and fees'
