Yes. I bought some cycling sunglasses (BBB) which are fairly wrapround and sent them to Cilary Blue who made and fitted some transitions lenses for me, and posted back, for about £80. I use them for road and mtb.
Avoid the ones with inserts. I had Adidas Climacool insert jobbies before, these full glazed transitions lenses are so much better.

Got my Oakly radarlocks with transition lenses. Awesome glasses but pricey. That said I've tried others and they've not been as good they don't cope as well with the fast changes in lighting as you go in and out of the trees.
The missus has some half jackets with prescription transitions in. Again pricey but an absolute must for her and the only glasses you'll ever need on the bike whatever the weather.

IME anything with decent coverage will be heavy and repeatedly bounce off your face at those prescription levels. Have you tried daily use contacts (means you can carry spares)?I was -10 and got implants/laser as I got sick of the compromises. Having proper peripheral vision alone was worth it.
I ride MTB and wear glasses.
I have a set of reaction lenses that I use exclusively for MTB.
You can't wear them anywhere else as they make you look like a Paedo - I dunno what it is, perhaps the slight tint - but it definately makes you look like one of the Glitter gang.
Very effective when moving through shaded areas in sunlight - actually work very well - much better than standard sunnies
You just look like a nonse - but that ensures you ride quickly so nobody see's you.

You can't wear them anywhere else as they make you look like a Paedo - I dunno what it is, perhaps the slight tint - but it definately makes you look like one of the Glitter gang.

for that prescription you are best off with something like the rudy projects with a prescription insert which sits behind the lenses. Bolle do a direct glazed one which is a sort of blended aspheric but it does have a bit of peripheral distortion. the clips are fine, get them glazed with a high index lens and you'll soon forget they are there.
Addidas or rudy project are the best options im(considerable)e.
allow about £120 for the sunglasses, £60 for the insert and then whatever your normal lenses cost. The other advantage of this is that you can then change the tint on the sunglasses independently of the prescription clip and you can also take the clip out and use the sunglasses with contact lenses.

Sure. These are a new old stock pair of BBB Drivers that I got from Parkers Intl closing down sale for about a fiver. Ciliary Blue had no problems putting in lenses with this much wrap.Photo taken inside and on white paper so you can see the transitions lenses virtually clear / non-peado
My 'script is -3.75 / -4.25. I think the lenses would be noticeably bottle-toppy much over that.

Be cautious on cheap looking prescription wraparound lenses. the best lenses (shamir attiude, rodenstock impressions, nikon seemax etc) are what are known as freeform lenses - the prescription varies across the lens to compensate for the wrap. they are individually made to compensate for frame, tilt, degree of wrap etc. you probably won't get them online (and it would be a bit pointless to, as they wouldn't have all the extra measurements that makes it worthwhile)
This makes a massive difference to how well you can see through the lenses, it really is worth it. You won't find them for £125 though. with lenses, as with so much else, you really do get what you pay for. The peripheral vision through a freeform wrap lens is actually better in my experience than contact lenses.
The lenses Rudy project use are shamir attitude, don't get the rudy project branded lenses, it will cost you twice as much for the same thing.

I was persuaded by an optician to get a pair of these.
I NEVER wear them to work for the exact same reason.
It's the nonce/peado/benefits cheat thing......
