996 Exhaust headers / Manifolds. Carerra 4

Its looking likely that I will have to replace the manifolds on the C4, due to rusting.
They have been eroded quite badly, so I am expecting to replace the studs, so intend to make a drilling jig, with pilot guides, for drilling what is going to be left of the studs, and subsequent re-tapping.
I was intending to scan the face of the manifold, and draw on CAD the plate for laser cutting, but did wonder if this data was already available, (DXF etc.), as it seems a common problem that these corrode away.
I have found a pair of 996 2001 manifolds that were from a 3.6 engine car, mine being a 2000 model 3.4, I am assuming these fit, could anyone clarify please?
