One of my neighbours had his Audi TT stolen at 4.45am this morning. The scrotes smashed his patio doors in, stole the car keys and had off in it. All while he and his partner were asleep upstairs!!

Is anything safe these days?

this is not to apologies for thieving scum, I think it is inevitable that vigilantism will rise in this country - law and order is a joke.

7% clear up rate for crime round here ....

We had some scrotes messing about up our drive a couple of weeks ago - fortunately they didn't attempt to pinch the cars but the other half started getting paranoid and wanted me to get reinforced posts at the bottom of the drive.

Not likely - I don't want somebody holding me up at knifepoint to take the post down!

IMO, nothing is safe these days and there's not a great deal we can do about it...
