Cracked Zipp 404 - Repairable?

Had my bike in my LBS earlier this week having a hub service on my Zipps. Whilst in, they noticed that there is a crack on the rear carbon rim. From the outside, it just appears to look like one of the spokes is slightly pulling through the carbon rim and there is a tiny amount of deformation around that area. But the chap said that there is a crack underneath, and that he can't tension that spoke up to the level he would like.

Question is, is the rim knackered, or can carbon rims like this be repaired? If the latter, can anyone recommend anyone in Surrey or South East?

Carbon HQ have repaired a zipp rim, they're in Norwich.
