Queen Elizabeth Country Park - evening rides??

I can't find the thread we were talking about this, but me and a few friends fancy an early evening ride in the week at QEC park. It would be great to meet up with some other riders that know the trails! Any groups that ride there who fancy a couple of hangers on next week or week after?

I know a couple of guys at work that go down every wednesday, but they are all pretty competent riders, I've never ridden with them, but can try to find out some details.
