A mod.
Resplendent in his green Parka (sp?), perched atop his little Vespa, complete with very large whippy aerial and about 30 wing mirrors each side. Why?
I thought these particular specimens were extinct these days. Last time I saw one was about ten years ago on Brighton seafront, where it was getting a good
courtesy of a particularly large and very ugly biker type bloke.
Was it anyone on here?
On the Vespa I mean, not on the seafront.
