Clunk sound when pulling off

Hi there

Today I was out enjoying this weather but towards the end of the run I noticed that from standing start a discernible clunk noise came from the offside rear wheel / suspension area right behind me. Anyone got any suggestions of quick things to check before I take it in?

Diff mount?

Ok, diff mount I could probably test fairly easily but how would I best go about checking the health CV joint?

Rob, hold the driveshaft and rotate it back and forward, any wear in the c/v joint will be quite noticeable as a you`ll feel and hear it knocking.
