Hi Nick,
Took the scenic route back from Sussex and managed to put 100mls on clock. If my smileys worked you would see a whole row. I have now opened front door about twenty times just to look at it and the Cheshire cat has got nothing on me.The colour is unbelievable under lights. Far better than we hoped. Anyway you will see it in about an hour so patience my friend.

Seen it....love it

What a lovely looking car, no wonder youre a happy bunny.
Sounded great too - I have to say Im most impressed - poor old Di, stuck on the other side of the planet whilst we all admire her new toy!

Hi Andy
This car feels soooo much better put together. Handling whilst at running in speeds is brill. New Goodyear tyres so dont know if they make a diff. There are no squeaks rattles etc, and the trim is far better finished off. All in all a better feel to it. Obviously everything is tight at the moment but 1st impressions are extremely positive. Where TVR shoot themselves yet again in the foot is on details. I went to peruse the handbook last night as the set up inside is different, only to be congratulated on my purchase by Peter Wheeler and a mark one handbook. For f**ks sake, they havent even been printed yet. I am lucky as me and Di have had one for 2 years so I can blunder around reasonably well, but God help a newbie buying this car. Why dont they get the support in place??
I suppose thats why we love them!!
Bet Di is spitting feathers about being away and leaving me to enjoy it.

brilliant at last eh?
you going to post some pic's then.
Completely agree with comments about build/handling.
Currently got a mk1 S as courtesy whilst mine in for it's first service. it feels so poor now in contrast to my mk2, yet I loved the Mk1 4.0l I had as a courtesy during the delay.
TVR have given me superb service so far, I hope this is a sign of things to come
Instruction book would be nice though.....
However the instruction book for the DAB radio/cd unit is approx 5 times fatter than the tempory mk1 book they gave me

Even the Mk1 handbook was out of date......for Mk1's.
