Quick question really as its the first time I have sold a property.
Is it the done thing to haggle on the fees they charge? They all seem to be fairly standard and quotes we've had are around the same kind of price. The only opportunity I can see is on the commision for selling.
I've just used 'conveyancy warehouse' an online bulk conveyancing specialist with no qualms.
Original quote for a complicated purchase was less than half anybody else but the other disbursements and fees did add up over time (as they would with anybody)
