Support system for a Sigma 120-300 f/2.8

Renting a Sigma 120-300 f/2.8 next weekend, I'm basically trying out a few telephotos to see what I like - at the moment all I have is the Peak Design Leash which is fine when I'm using my 70-300 f4-5.6 but I don't think it'll be comfortable for something weighing over 3kg. I would appreciate any suggestions for slings/straps etc.
Black Rapid.
I was sceptical that a camera strap could command the price they do. I have a slightly knackered neck after a car crash which meant carrying a pair of pro bodies with lenses and flashes attached for a full day was becoming painful. At Photokina a couple of years back I got chatting to Black Rapid who urged me to try one. I closed my eyes and they fitted me with a DR1 dual harness. When I opened my eyes I was amazed to see a pair of big chunky old medium format film bodies hanging off the strap, I really couldn't feel the weight.
I now swear by BR, I will sometimes do a full day with a pair of heavy outfits attached and feel no pain in my neck. If I am just using one outfit I can split it down to a standard BR strap and when I need my hands the camera just swings behind my back out of the way.
With a heavy lens just make sure you're attaching the strap to the lens foot rather than the body to take the strain off the lens mount. If you use Arca Swiss plates at all you can use a Kirk 1 inch clamp (Wex sell them) to adapt your BR to take Arca Swiss plates that way when you need to use your tripod, or monopod, you only need to slide the camera off the strap and straight onto the tripod.

Thanks, leaning towards the Black Rapid. I've got a shoulder pad for my current strap and I've ordered a couple of 1/4" tripod screws to loop a strap through so I'll see how I get on. of I've got a monopod but could do with a head for it. Really looking forward to picking it up on Friday.
