SIPP.... Or not.

Hi.
I have about 30k across 3 different pension plans and since the weather isnt so good today i thought i best to look at my options

I have always put into a pension until recently when i started contracting (3 months ago) and i haven't had time to pick it back up.

Is there anyone who can give me a bit of advice?

I would love to cash it all in and invest it into a property. Having made a considerable amount doing 3 properties up, i would love to put my retirement fund into a house.

Is this something i can do with a SIPP?

Commercial property yes. Residential no. Nor can you use your sipp for trading
