Good IFA in south Warwickshire?

SiL is looking to buy her first house. I can offer a certain amount advice, but I'm not an expert on what products are out there right now, nor how lenders are behaving towards first time buyers.

Anyone around who can offer some help / potentially assist with arranging a mortgage-in-principle so she can start looking at houses?
