Reversed in to my garage and there it was.

Just had its brakes done for the MOT, so probably. I will drop it back to have it put back in!

Looks like the mechanism cover flap for the hood to me.

If you drop the hood and then look down just inside the rear wing behind the seats, there is one on each side. They don't perform any mechanical function I think, they just clip onto the struts.

Brake ducts are usually black and they would not have had any need to disturb them when working on the brakes.
