I don't think we want these kind of laws implemented in the UK - by the time our bureacrats have fudged it through legislation, it'll probably be the wholy innocent victims of the crimes that get pushed off a precipice in a sack, whilst the offender get a holiday in Thailand.

Sometimes you just have to admire some of these middle-east muslim countries. We have something to learn from them...
