Anyone else stuck inside looking at the glorious weather and thinking that they should be out in it for a blast?

Anyone else fancy doing just that today: meet up, natter, establish contact with fellow beings? I'm in Surrey, so anywhere in the region would be possible!

Especially welcome are fellow solitary home workers .

Hmmm sounds like a good idea. Have a meeting or two that I will try and shift...

Sort of lunchtime-ish? What were you thinking of?

Sounds good - I'll have to do some work this afternoon .

Thinking of anything but sitting in my office - perhaps meet up at a pub somewhere for lunch?

Surbiton, so anywhere Hampton Court - Hampton way would be good: any recommendations?

How about a run to Egham? There is quite a big parking area next to the river just down the road from the Runnymede hotel. There is an Ice Cream shop as well!!! (dunno about pies though)

Executive decision: The Magpie in Sunbury.

Nice location by the river, car park opposite. Disclaimer is that I've never been there, so no idea what it's like (ahh the wonders of the wibbly wobble web search).

Anyone up for a meet at 12.30 - everyone welcome, the more the merrier? Let me know here (or email via my profile) if you're coming so I'm not Nobby no-mates on my own.

I'm only a couple of miles up the road but there is no way I can make it

Sodding business analysts calling me with application errors less than an hour before a meeting with the client grrrr.

Matt.

I would come but it's a bit too far for me to make @ lunchtime. Plus the fact that I find it hard to turn down free pizza's. Maybe next time.

Would love to come but Sunbury is just a little too far for a lunchtime beer (I'm near Caterham) and you'd just laugh at my diesel barge anyway.
