Salsa v Surly v Trek

I'm after the opinions of the PH riding fraternity. I'm looking at getting another bike, this one is to complete the following duties, as the winter road bike appears too fragile with me & luggage.

Daily commute circa 30 miles day - must take me & rack - I'm around 6'5" and 112kg
Pub, Gym
Rides out with wife, road, pathway, canals, track etc.
Useful for the odd trip to shops

I've sort of narrowed down to 3 (other options will be considered) as I believe I'll fit properly, they take decent sized wheels, racks, mud guards and my weight.

1. Trek - This model isn't sold in Europe for some reason, although I'm in the US soon, so could bring it back in luggage.

The last two I'll probably build up from frame as I don't like some of the bits on them.

The Trek doesnt appear to have rack/guard mounts?

I'd go for the Vaya as the geo on the other Surly doesnt look that comfortable. Give Charlie a call, he will probably do a custom build if you want particular spec though I cant see anything bad about the spec listed. . Have a look at the Condor Fratello and the Pearson Both pretty much bombproof steel frames, nice long headtubes, plenty of room for big tyres and a bit more unusual than 90% of the other bikes out there. You would need to build the Condor up yourself as their bike builder quotes stupid prices for components but £1k will finish that off nicely...
