Anyone here work at DSTL (Porton)?

Looking at targeting DSTL as my next place of work. It seems the obvious choice as I am a technical project manager specialising in Engineering and Technology. I have attended an interview already and have another soon. However, interviews are conducted away from the main site.

I am a little aprhensive about the culture within though as I have head various stories of legacy style ethos and mentallity.

Fitting in is one of the cornerstones of effective employment. If you already have concerns, you may need to visit the location and the hiring manager (usually the done thing if you've been sifted to interview) to discuss this head on before you or they make the mistake of placing you where you will not fit.
