So what's it to be Mr Beardy-Ranter? Were you...
a) - nowhere near the cyclist (in which case it would be anatomically impossible for him to "hit your car")
b) - plenty close enough to the cyclist to cause concern for safety
c) - deliberately trying to 'punish' the cyclist for daring to ride on the road
d) - you're usually such a calm and level-headed person. It wasn't the real me in that clip, I was just having a bad day is all
e) - you're just a twunt. You shouldn't really be out in the community, but cuts in mental health budgets closed your residential care home
I ask the question because the average person has a reach of around a metre or less from the centreline of their body. The average length of a human arm is roughly 65 centimetres. So, if you were close enough for the cyclist to reach out to tap your window, it's likely that you were no more than 2 feet away at the time, and the video shows you getting closer.
So either you were nowhere near the cyclist, who is actually the Marvel superhero "Mister Fantastic"

I notice later in the video that Beardy also lies to the Police operator, claiming that the cyclist was passing him, despite the video clearly showing that the flow of traffic was passing the cyclist. Nice touch, parking on the zigzags for the pedestrian crossing, while on the phone to the operator too.
It's incredible to me that someone so troubled by being "held up" by the bike would spend so long having a tantrum at the side of the road. If it's the same stretch of road as in that last clip, there's a triangular red "Warning - Cyclists" sign beside the road (at 9'22") suggesting to drivers that they need to expect cyclists on that stretch.
