Evening all. Can I have some moral support please?! Works got about as bad as it can get, anyone got some stories of their world all going wrong and how they dealt with it?

I don't know what it is you do, but was anyone maimed or killed?

That would be worth fretting over.

Ha ha, no! I've just had a proper going over for not respecting the hierarchy enough. They're now trying to make it as unbearable as possible til I leave.

You've got some cracking motors there, jump in one and go for a blast.

Same happened to me.
But I ended up getting fired for something I didn't do.
It was only at McDonalds (I know I know....) but it was work, and it kept me off benefits.
Spent 9 months on JSA and I've just finished my first week of work in my new job.

Stay positive. Something good has to happen soon enough.

If they want you out, basically, you're screwed - you either do whatever to stay, but be unhappy, stressed and risk your health, or find another job.

This happened at my old place, a massive company known to everyone, management changed and wanted people out, they set impossible targets for one 'group' (not me) and then 'disciplined' everyone who failed them (and that was basically everyone as they couldn't be met). One poor guy had a breakdown because of it - one of the nicest guys you could meet, who was very very good at what he did - reduced to basically a sobbing wreak.

I looked at what was going on around me, and promptly left. Best thing I every did - I'm on considerably more money, and doing my dream job.

It's easier to find a job when you already have one, start looking for somewhere that will appreciate you.

Suck it up, apologise and lay low for a few months.

Or find another job and leave.

Or tell them to do one and leave.
