As for if you are working your notice or not that is a discussion you should be having now if not already.

As for pay I would expect that it will be deducted pro rata from your final pay packet, just as it would be added if you had left after clocking up 14 days but only having taken 9.

Speak to your boss/HR though to see how they plan to do it.

Normally your final salary will be adjusted to take account that you've been paid for holiday that you'd not yet accrued.

So your final payslip should show a deduction for the 5 days holiday.

I would expect it to be work 4 weeks, get paid for 3.

depends on the contract - as there is something in employment law aobut not having to accrued holiday before taking it if you have contractural hours and more than trivial amount of service
