Just trying to complete this for my upcoming purchase - Shared ownership:

would shared ownership purchase (50%) be:

LP - A lease to an occupier or with vacant possession and not a ground rent or nominal rent.

or

LT - Leasehold subject to lease(s) to an occupier.

or

OT - For anything else, use code OT.
