I have been sent a rev range report for a car. All reads good however there's no reference numbers, VIN, reg etc on the documents so how do I know it relates to the car in question?

Is this what they come like?

Via diagnostics the screen shot for the page should include vin number, vehicle running hours, country of origin, rev ranges etc etc

Thank you.

All that is showing is rev ranges and running hours. There is no vin number or country of origin etc on the sheet so no way of linking it to a specific car.

Should there be a copy of this somewhere even though the car isn't plugged in anymore?

If it's through OPC then there's a copy stored (one is read and stored every time you take the car in for service/work etc).
Rev range data is only a small part of the report, which is huge.

Ask for them to email you the report - you should be able to open it and scroll down about 50 pages to it (although for some reason I can't get it to open on a Mac).

Alternaively, there should be a reference to total kms or operating hours that you can cross reference to the page with the VIN on.
