I've just started to take the body off to do a chassis refurb and was trying to find the best way to get to the bolts that hold the body on around the diff, I think I've got the rest, any suggestions. I'll be taking pics making updates for anyone who's interested.

The ones at the back of the chassis, near to the diff, are behind the fuel tank. You need to take the top fuel tank cover thingy off that's on top on the tanks then pull the carpet back. You can then get to the top tank strap bolts. The 2 lower ones are beneath the body. It may be possible to pull the tank straps back by just removing the top nuts and angling back the fuel tank, but fuel lines may be too short. You may then need to remove the fuel/drain the fuel tank. Any probs drop me a lie and I'll buzz you. I've got loads of pics from my rebuild.

That's great, thanks for the info, I did start to take the cover off the top of the fuel tank but it seemed like it was too far back so I didn't want to do any unnecessary work. I may be asking for a bit more advice from time to time.

No worries. More than happy to help. I spent a lot of time head scratching, so would happily try and save you some time in your endeavour. Hopefully the pics I've uploaded to my rebuild post can be of help. If not I can forward on specific pics.

Send me an email and ill send you my phone number should you want to chat through any issues you might have.
