Bought Evo magazine today with a track car comparison and CD of movies of cars on track. Very entertaining read/watch also they have the Westfield xtr2 on track so nice to hear and see that car in action.

The Tuscan R article is good, but £75k for the car is a lot. (worth it if you have the money though ). The reason I bought the mag was that I'm interested in what to build in the future (far future at the moment) and I do like the idea of having a bike engined road legal race car. By the time I get the money though I should imagine there will be other things to look at as well.

Thanks broccoli, bought it will come in the post soon (i hope). The picture of the queen in the Tiv made me giggle esp. the Paul Williams age 36 3/4 bit. The Radical rivals bit underneith is funny as well "I don't suppose you know of a combined sidelight and indicator unit that would fit onto the fuselage of a MiG 29"

I'd guess so, since Carcoat Damphands gets a mention...

No its the issue in which to compete they have an Elise 190 (with ap brakes, dynamic dampers etc.) and a Exige 260TT, nuff said I think. The Elise 190 btw did very well but cost £33.5k, the Civic was standard at £16k. I very much suspect that if they'd put an ordinary Elise in, it wouldn't have got the same comments.
