Ok we are recruiting for Infrastructure consultants, technical architects or solutions architects for project based work.
We currently have 20 permanent staff and only hire permanent because of the consistency of service and approach our customers demand.

We are Citrix, VMware and Microsoft Gold partners and have a number of multi year cloud projects on the go.

All travel expenses paid, overtime, bonuses and regular salary reviews. The company is 100% technical from the directors down. We have no sales people or marketing.

We have guys internally vetted by VMware and supply services direct to VMware. We also deliver Microsoft branded services through enterprise agreements.

We are also on a number of Government frameworks and have some multi million pound contracts. We are 100% channel. So technical excellence is key. Applicants should have a passion for IT and be self motivated and driven to study and pass exams in their own time.

We also have competitions frequently for things like surface tablets, macbook pro's etc.
The guys can also choose a global vendor conference of their choice and we will fund the flights and conference fee.

We work with some of the largest resellers and VAR's in Europe but dont let that put you off.
If you have passion, ambition and drive we will help make you one of the best consultants in the country.

3 month review with targets. A doubling of salary within 12 months is quite possible with the right amount of effort. As targets have a value and that value gets immediately added to your salary once met.

Anyway, flip me your cv if you are keen.

Oh travel is a requirement too. But as above expense-able.

As much as I hate to be a typical recruiter...if you end up struggling with these, I may potentially be able to help. I work for an IT Architecture recruitment specialist

This sounds like an amazing opportunity but I'm 4-5 years away from that level of expertise.

Just realised I am sat in the same hotel, working for the same customer as I was when I contacted you last year. Perhaps things haven't improved that much smile
