Carbon-safe glue?

One of the metal plates on my carbon frame which protect against a fallen/trapped chain came off the other day. What sort of glue is safe to stick it back on? I'm guessing Araldite has some nasty solvents in which would dissolve my frame...

Not at all. Araldite is a 2 part epoxy resin. Absolutely fine for the job.
Epoxy resin/carbon is what your frame is made from.

Araldite / 2 pack epoxy should be fine as long as both surfaces are keyed.

3M 9323 - its what we stick F1 cars together with.

The guards on my Mekk are just double sided taped on. Keep it simple
