Seeking a superb auto electrician in Herts

Maybe it depends on what you need I.e. How specialist your needs are. Dave Thomas garages in Bramfield (01992 536110) sorted out some electrical issues on my car and I have nothing but praise for all the work he has done (Porsche 944 and 911 but he works on a wide array of cars including classics and race cars). They have a garage at Codicote which is nearer you but I've not used that garage but Dave works out of both.

I also went to see Perfect Touch in Hoddesden last week which is a different type of garage. I needed the discs skimming which they did well but cannot vouch for them as auto electricians thought they seem to have a good reputation. Clearly they cater largely for high performance street and track cars - esp jap turbos.

I also live in Harpenden and used HF Solutions of Watford a few months ago to sort out a tricky problem on my Griffith. He traveled to me and did a very good job. Nice guy as well. PM me if you need further info

I'm not sure Dave (HF Solutions) is a general auto-electrician. He's an alarm specialist (especially with meta alarms).

Might be wrong, but the majority of the work he does that I know of is alarm related.

Seems a great guy and probably great with general electrics though. Depends on what you want doing I guess.
