This type of Art Deco "teardrop" styling appeared on a few exclusive luxury cars in the 1930s, including Bugatti T57, Talbot-Lago, Delahaye and others. Most were one off designs made by small, mostly French, coach-builders (Figoni et Falashi, Gangloff, etc,.). It's quite possible that this car is either unique or part of a small series of non-identical vehicles.

Think it's a Bugatti. Not sure of the model though.

I'm not sure entirely, but I think it is a Bugatti Type 57 Coupe recreation of a Gangloff design that was never build in period.
It was build in the late 80's, early 90's for a British enthusiast.

Correct, but built in Britain for a Frenchman. It's T57 chassis 57324, with a Gangloff-style body built by Rod Jolley in the late 1980s:
