as the world's most plastic pop idol seeks to change his image from yukky kid next door into something different, probably to stay in tune with his pre-teen fanbase who themselves are getting older, the world's media seem to be reporting that he has been convicted of drag racing.
All those years Wally Parks and countless others tried to remove this wonderful motorsport from the 50's bad boy image has clearly been a failure. CNN, SKY, BBC and Euronews have all broadcast this over-simplified and and downright misleading statement.
