Folding carbon buckets

Never seen any 2nd hand but if you look through Planet-9 I think Sun Coast USA are selling them but very pricey

I'm after a GT3 with the buckets and have considered the option of an adaptive then putting buckets in, however at that money it really would be daft hence the question of used buckets.

Might be worth asking other GT3 owners if they would swap their buckets for other seats - you never know, there might be someone who doesn't get on with the buckets - lack of adjustment etc. They don't suit everyone.

Every Gt3 should have buckets not chairs.

It's a bit like drinking tea with just water and no tea bag.

Ignore MrDemon (although he is right, probably). I used to think that he spoke less nonsense than others would have you believe, but I caught him saying that the Mini JCW was about as much fun as anyone could want. A 4 cyl, torque-steering, overpowered hot hatch

Most would think more desirable I believe.
I have had fixed buckets in a 997.1 GT3 and have folding buckets in my 997.2 GT3 RS and I find the folding buckets to be better – no more comfortable, but more practical for loading stuff in to the rear through the cage.

lol the JCW is just fun and usable, plus it was new, after having it for a week there is nothing like getting back In the R :-)
(with buckets) always had a good hot hatch in the fleet be it a Clio sport or a Mini.

I have a comfort spec GT3 with the fully electrically adjustable seats. They probably weight as much as the car but I just couldnt get on with the buckets.

I am constantly fiddling and adjusting the seats and they are perfect (for me)

On long journeys I can adjust them so they are VERY comfortable and when pressing on I can (almost) make them into bucket seats.

According to some, my car is now probably worth about 10p

I forgive you. I have been thinking about what fastish smallish 4-door car to buy my wife and did look briefly at the Mini. It's too "cool", though, by a mile. I also think that it handles like crap (but that was a more standard Cooper).

I'd offer at least 15p

i looked at the ones advertised at suncoast but by the time you put shipping on the rest of the crap they bang on when they get to uk like import duty and vat you can buy them cheaper from porsche main dealer and did quality seats
