Paypal limited

Hi:
Long story short, I sold something on ebay, used paypal.. everything is fine. I don't trust pay pal at all and in hindsight, I should have just put the money into my bank straight away. Instead, I transferred it to another pay pal account - in my name, same address etc etc. Now the buyer has a problem and wants a refund - not ideal but no problem, I have returns accepted and i've told the buyer I will accept/return. The problem is, paypal has frozen BOTH of my accounts, and they have accused me of money laundering - since I have two accounts, I have rang them to no avail, they don't want to help! Has anyone got any ideas how I can get it un-limited/frozen so i can send the money to the original account and then refund the buyer! Long winded I know and hope this all makes sense.
